Research project

Improved VOC risk prediction using in-borehole gas monitoring

Supervised by:

Research interests

Determining the behaviour of volatile organic carbon (VOC) contamination in the subsurface through the use of continuous monitoring. An instrument and methodology will be developed for both time integrated and continuous sampling. These will be used to identify the variability in VOC concentration and determine what environmental factors control this variability
